Bullets (or bullet points) are small dots, squares, dashes or graphics that begin a short descriptive phrase. Bullets (IF USED CORRECTLY) are used rather than sentences on PowerPoint or OpenOffice Impress slides as key phrases that the speaker will discuss in the presentation.

Why do I have this site?

This site was started as a blog for presentation design and creating better slides for presentations. The original title was http://www.betterslides.com I will still be posting ideas and rants on creating better slides and not killing our audiences with bad powerpoint presentations. But I will also use this space as my sounding board for other rants and raves that may not be quite on topic of presentation design but, will be in the spirit of the dreaded bullet point.
